 What is Uniform Civil Code

The Uniform Civil Code (UCC) calls for the formulation of one law for India, which would be applicable to all religious communities in matters such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, adoption. The code comes under Article 44 of the Constitution, which lays down that the state shall endeavour to secure a Uniform Civil Code for the citizens throughout the territory of India.

समान नागरी संहिता काय आहे

 एकसमान नागरी संहिता (UCC) भारतासाठी एक कायदा तयार करण्याचे आवाहन करते, जो विवाह, घटस्फोट, वारसा, दत्तक यासारख्या बाबींमध्ये सर्व धार्मिक समुदायांना लागू होईल.  हा संहिता संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद 44 अंतर्गत येतो, ज्यामध्ये असे नमूद केले आहे की राज्य भारताच्या संपूर्ण भूभागातील नागरिकांसाठी एकसमान नागरी संहिता सुरक्षित करण्याचा प्रयत्न करेल.
