Activity 1:- Relate the shapes with the real life things

(1. 17.1: परिचित वस्तू आणि चित्रांसाठी इंग्रजी शब्द जाणून घ्या आणि त्यांना नावे द्या.

Learning Activity: I find different shapes from things……..

Firstly, the teacher conducts a warm up activity.

Name of warm up activity: Pick something……

Teacher places flashcards of different shaped objects on the table.

Students pick up the objects/ flashcards as per teacher’s instructions..

For example:-

1) Pick something which is triangular in shape…

2) Pick something which is square in shape….

3) Pick something which is circular in shape…

4) Pick something which is conical in shape…

5) Pick something which is rectangular in shape

Answer :- Students pick up the object / flashcards as per instructions of the teacher.

1) samosa / hanger/ pastry : (triangular shape)

2) box/ book/ caromboard : ( square shape)

3) bangle/ watch/ biscuit : (circular shape)

4) ice-cream cone/ birthday party hat/ funnel : ( conical shape)

5) table, television, door : ( rectangular shape)

(शिकण्याची क्रिया: मला गोष्टींपेक्षा भिन्न आकार आढळतात …… ..

प्रथम, शिक्षक एक वार्म अप क्रियाकलाप आयोजित करते.

वार्म अप क्रियेचे नाव: काहीतरी निवडा ……

शिक्षक टेबलवर वेगवेगळ्या आकाराच्या वस्तूंचे फ्लॅशकार्ड ठेवतात.

शिक्षकांनी दिलेल्या सूचनांनुसार विद्यार्थी वस्तू / फ्लॅशकार्ड उचलतात ..

उदाहरणार्थ:-

1) आकारात त्रिकोणी आहे की काहीतरी निवडा…

२) आकारात चौरस असलेले काहीतरी निवडा….

 3) आकारात गोलाकार काहीतरी निवडा…

4) आकारात शंकूच्या आकाराचे काहीतरी निवडा…

5)आयताकृती आकाराची एखादी वस्तू निवडा

 उत्तरः - शिक्षकांनी दिलेल्या सूचनांनुसार विद्यार्थी ऑब्जेक्ट / फ्लॅशकार्ड उचलतात.

१) समोसा / हॅन्गर / पेस्ट्री: (त्रिकोणी आकार)

२) बॉक्स / बुक / कॅरमबोर्ड: (चौरस आकार)

3) बांगडी / घड्याळ / बिस्किट: (गोलाकार आकार)

4) आईस्क्रीम शंकू / वाढदिवस पार्टी टोपी / फनेल: (शंकूच्या आकाराचे)

5) टेबल, टेलिव्हिजन, दरवाजा: (आयताकृती आकार))

1.Ask the students to draw pictures of objects using different shapes.

1. विद्यार्थ्यांना वेगवेगळे आकार वापरुन वस्तूंची चित्रे काढायला सांगा.)

2. Ask the students to observe the picture and identify the different shapes of familiar objects:-

(२. विद्यार्थ्यांना चित्र निरीक्षण करण्यास आणि परिचित वस्तूंचे वेगवेगळे आकार ओळखण्यास सांगा: -)

Ans :  triangular , square , circular , conical  and rectangular shape..

3. Categorize objects as per their shape.

(वस्तूंच्या आकारानुसार त्यांचे वर्गीकरण करा.)

Ans : Tringle, Circle, Square, etc
